About Thruday
Launched in 2021, Thruday is founder-led by someone who lives with ADHD, Autism, and Epilepsy. We have drawn on scientific research, trial‑and‑error, and feedback from other neurodivergent people to shape Thruday's core.
Thruday was created from first-hand experience of navigating work, life, and planning with a neurodivergent brain. Everything we build is informed by real user feedback and research-led design principles, with accessibility and everyday usability as a priority.
We build support-first technology that helps people plan, communicate needs, and stay connected to supportive networks without making life feel clinical or complicated.

Share routines or progress with trusted people when it helps. Support is permission-based and flexible so individuals stay in control while caregivers and professionals can assist when needed

Our approach is to reduce friction through clearer structure, simpler choices, and tools that fit everyday life across home, work, and education.

We draw on research around executive function, visual supports, behaviour change, and emotional regulation then test what works in real life with the people we build for.
Living with ADHD, Autism and Epilepsy while trying to navigate the world of business for 15 years drove me towards finding techniques, tools and methods to manage being neurodivergent, so, I took everything I learned and built Thruday from the ground-up based on business success, lived-experience and science.
